When building a new house, people often turn to architects to kick off the project. While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once.
My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. They address issues and problems right away. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms.
